I am really interested in this diet, but concern is I am not much of a fish eater, however there are some fish I do like. The rest of the staples in this diet, I think I can follow.
I need help with weekly menus because I seem to eat the same things over and over and don’t have enough variety in my diet. If I get bored from eating the same things, I end up sabotaging my efforts.

I’m a newly wed and my husband is Mediterranean and was telling me about the way they eat and that’s why their is not so many obese people over there.. I want in!!! lol

Am taking care of my 84 year old mother with diabeties and congestive heart failure. Her doctor that this is the best diet for her, and so far it is working

I am genetically predisposed to have a heart attack like my mom. My cholesterol levels are high but would like to try something natural before taking meds to lower them. Thanks
eatingnot much doing 3 times aweek slow walking exercise but weight no change
Is it non productive to cook the vegetables,or heat anything besides the fish and meat. I like my salads at least warmed,but find,uncooked vegetables are tough on my stomach.
