Ingredients for 4 people:
- 3 Eggplants
- 1 Piece of Garlic
- Pepper
- Salt
- Olive Oil
- Tomato sauce
- Pasta (spaghetti) 400 gr.
Process:
Step 1: Cut the eggplants into slices and put them in salted water for 30 minutes
Step 2: Fry the eggplants with olive oil
Step 3: Prepare the tomato sauce
Put in a pan the tomato sauce with a clove of garlic, parsley, salt and peppers
Cook for about 20 minutes on low flame
Step 4: Pasta - Boil water, add salt and put pasta
Step 5: Wait until pasta is ready
Step 6: Mix pasta with tomato sauce
Step 7: Bend Spaghetti with Eggplants
Step 8: Put in the oven at 180°c and cook for about 15 minutes
Step 9: Put the rolls on a plate and serve hot

Ingredients
Pie:
1/2 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
1 - 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
2 tbls Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Salt
Topping:
1/2 Cup Shortening
1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
5 tbls ice water
1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
8 Cups tarts Apples, Peeled
1/3 Cup Butter
1 Large Paper Bag
1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar Vanilla Ice Cream
2 tbls All-Purpose Flour
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Pie:
Combine the first measure of flour, salt and shortening using a pastry blender until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs
Stir in the water a little at a time, using a fork, and form the dough into a ball
Roll out the pastry dough on a lightly floured board
Roll to an 11″ or 12″ diameter
Fit into a 9″ pie pan and flute the edges
Combine the sugar, the second measure of flour, the cinnamon, the nutmeg and the lemon juice in a large bowl
Toss the apple slices in the mixture
Arrange the apple slices in the pie crust
Topping:
Combine the sugar and flour in a bowl and cut in the butter using a pastry cutter
Sprinkle the topping over the apple filling
Place the pie in the LARGE paper bag
Place the paper bag on a baking sheet and loosely fold the open end of the bag under
Bake until the apples are tender (50-60 minutes)
Carefully remove the pie from the bag
Final
CAUTION: WATCH OUT FOR THE STEAM COMING OUT OF THE BAG!
Serve warm with generous portions of vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients
1/4 c Dried Apricot halves
1/4 c Chopped red onion
2 T Dry White Wine
2 T Unsweetened Orange juice
1 - 1/2 t Red wine Vinegar
2 c Chicken Breast (chop, cooked)
1/2 c Orange segments (coarse chop)
1/2 c Seedless Red or Green Grapes
1/4 c Sliced Almonds, toasted
1/4 c Chopped fresh Parsley
1/4 t Pepper
1/8 t Salt
1 ds Red pepper
4 x Leaves Red Leaf Lettuce
Directions
Combine quartered apricot halves, chopped onion, white wine, orange juice, and red wine vinegar in a saucepan, and bring to a boil
Set aside to cool
Combine apricot mixture with chicken, orange, grapes, almonds, parsley, pepper, salt, and crushed red pepper in a large bowl; cover and chill 1-2 hours
Spoon chicken mixture onto a lettuce lined platter to serve

Ingredients
3/4 c Sugar
1 Cinnamon
1 c Water
4 Lemon slices
1 c Red wine
Directions
Heat sugar & water until sugar dissolves.
Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil.
Simmer 15 minutes, strain and pour over oranges.
Chill at least 4 hours.
Present in crystal bowl.
