Anti Yeast Mediterranean Diet Menu

Candida is a type of yeast that frequently uses the human body as a host. When inside the body, Candida will quickly spread and cause a wide range of unpleasant symptoms. Breakfast:

Lunch:
● Lean chicken breast with salad greens and vegetables
● Grilled salmon or tilapia, seasoned with garlic and lemon, and paired with brown
rice and vegetables

Snack:
● Handful of walnuts, cashews, and pecans
● Small apple, orange, or other fruit, excluding melon and grapes
● Reduced fat cottage cheese with berries

Dinner:
● Grilled steak (lean cut), with sweet potato, and side salad
● Grilled fish, with brown rice, and side of asparagus

Following a similar yeast detox diet plan will help to literally starve the yeast from the body. While it may be difficult to avoid sweets, caffeine, and alcohol, it is imperative until the Candida has been reduced to normal levels. Luckily, most dieters will find that once these substances are eliminated from their diet and the Candida has been reduced, their cravings for these foods will almost disappear.
