Buon Giorno from Virgina, lovely website !
I am a Frenchwoman recently transported to Virginia and am
having a rather rough go of it : I so miss the cuisine I am so accustomed to, ie.,
French / Meditterranean and my "Bien Etre" has actually began to suffer subtly
as a result. Have discovered your website and should like to have a bit of advice
if I may. For the most part, I have a preferance for salads, vegetables, fruits and
seafood; fish and otherwise. Nevertheless, I am well known to indulge in any
proferred French or Italian desserts as these fine delices are life's rewards;
masterpiece to be savoured. I love the French and Italian cuisine because they
are never heavy and one can galways go for a promenade afterwards. The
French and Italian way of life is what the words Joie de Vivre are all about.
I have been completely unable to find a book and good books on the
Meditterrranean regime, a store or webpage where I can follow a plan and buy
healthy foods. Would it be possible for you to advise me ? Thanks in advance,
would be most grateful.

Corinne

Having been many times in Italy, Spain and the South of France and being a chef I love the Meditarranean diet and would not want to live with some of my favourite Italian dishes, yet I also know that research indicates that the Scandinavian diets appears to have serious health benefits too and may be a more sustainable approach to healthy eating in the more nnorthern hemisphere, wer olive tree do not grow naturally.
