		<description>I&#039;m sorry Nancy for the grammar error, but I&#039;m Italian and not a professional english writer...

I don&#039;t think that if I write &quot;an&quot; instead of &quot;a&quot; the principles of healthy eating change...not?

If you didn&#039;t understand what I wrote please let me know and I&#039;ll try to correct.

		<description>He He Riley, sorry.

The ingredients are these:

    * Wheat flour
    * Tomato (20%)
    * Not hydrogenated vegetable fats
    * Extra virgin olive oil (2,8%)
    * Salt
    * Cheese grain (Parmesan) (1,65%)
    * Barley flour
    * Oregano (0,5%)
    * Natural yeast
    * Eggs

Quantity depends on your needs. Here you can see the proportions.

To have an idea consider that 5 crackers are 1 ounce.

- Vegetables fats =  Margarines
- Cheese Grains = What in Italy we call Parmiggiano or Grana Padano &lt;a href=&quot;http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grana_padano&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;see here&lt;/a&gt;
- Eggs = 2 Raw eggs to put in

Let me know if you need more info.

		<description>
So if you want to cook them at home here how to prepare a cracker.

Preparation:

   1. Put all ingredients in a blender until fine crumbs.

Is this supposed to be a recipe? _Which_ ingredients? Are we to guess from the package? Vegetable fats? &quot;Cheese grain&quot;? Eggs? How much? Eh?
