Recipe - Italian Spaghetti with Eggplants and Tomato

Ingredients for 4 people:
- 3 Eggplants
- 1 Piece of Garlic
- Pepper
- Salt
- Olive Oil
- Tomato sauce
- Pasta (spaghetti) 400 gr.

Process:

  • Step 1: Cut the eggplants into slices and put them in salted water for 30 minutes
  • Step 2: Fry the eggplants with olive oil
  • Step 3: Prepare the tomato sauce
    • Put in a pan the tomato sauce with a clove of garlic, parsley, salt and peppers
    • Cook for about 20 minutes on low flame
  • Step 4: Pasta - Boil water, add salt and put pasta
  • Step 5: Wait until pasta is ready
  • Step 6: Mix pasta with tomato sauce
  • Step 7: Bend Spaghetti with Eggplants
  • Step 8: Put in the oven at 180°c and cook for about 15 minutes
  • Step 9: Put the rolls on a plate and serve hot
