It’s a product of the Barilla Group that I buy in Italy.

Ingredients:
- Wheat flour
- Tomato (20%)
- Not hydrogenated vegetable fats
- Extra virgin olive oil (2,8%)
- Salt
- Cheese grain (Parmesan) (1,65%)
- Barley flour
- Oregano (0,5%)
- Natural yeast
- Eggs
Nutrition information for 1 serving (1 ounce)

I’ve tried to search how to find them in the U.S. but nothing.
So if you want to cook them at home here how to prepare a cracker.
Preparation:
- Put all ingredients in a blender until fine crumbs.
- Transfer to a small bowl.
- Add cheese to blender until smooth.
- Return flour mixture and process until ball forms.
- Roll out dough thinly.
- Prick dough all over with a fork.
- Cut crosswise into equal strips.
- Bake at 325 for 20 minutes.

Is this supposed to be a recipe? _Which_ ingredients? Are we to guess from the package? Vegetable fats? “Cheese grain”? Eggs? How much? Eh?

He He Riley, sorry.

To have an idea consider that 5 crackers are 1 ounce.
- Vegetables fats = Margarines
- Cheese Grains = What in Italy we call Parmiggiano or Grana Padano see here
- Eggs = 2 Raw eggs to put in
Let me know if you need more info.

It’s hard to take this website seriously because of the bad grammar. Please….an healthy snack? It’s A healthy snack and a few more that are very obvious.
I’m sorry Nancy for the grammar error, but I’m Italian and not a professional english writer…
I don’t think that if I write “an” instead of “a” the principles of healthy eating change…not?
If you didn’t understand what I wrote please let me know and I’ll try to correct.
