According to a new study reported in the December issue of the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, diet may protect against Parkinson’s disease.
Researchers demonstrate that the dietary pattern has to be based on a low intake of saturated fat, moderate intake of alcohol and an high intake of:
- Fruits
- Vegetables
- Legumes
- Whole grains
- Nuts
- Fish
- Poultry
