List of foods considered fat burning – How many doubts on this topic…

Recently i read an article about a list of so called “Fat burning foods” and I’ve decided to write this post.

 

 

I’m surprised to see how much disinformation there is on the net and how many people try to “tricks” other people promising them fast and definite weight loss results…

 

In base of this theory fat burning foods are foods that burn more calories than you consume when you eat them…

 

 

Yes it’s so…you eat and you loose weight…what a stupid who think of it….most people believe that eating these foods can increase the metabolism and burn fats.

 

 

These foods are:

  • apples
  • apricots
  • asparagus
  • broccoli
  • cantaloupe
  • carrots
  • cauliflower
  • cherries
  • corn
  • cucumbers
  • eggplant
  • garlic
  • grapefruit
  • green beans
  • lemons
  • lettuce
  • lobster
  • mangoes
  • mushrooms
  • onions
  • oranges
  • papaya
  • peaches
  • pears
  • peas
  • pineapple
  • raspberries
  • spinach
  • string beans
  • tomatoes

 

The list is good, all these are healthy foods. But don’t forget that body need other substances like carbs, proteins, etc…so why to say fat burning fruits while all of those are part of the typical Mediterranean diet?

 

 

Is it better to say that to burn fat you need to follow a balanced diet regimen and practice sport.

 

 

I can’t find what’s new on saying the eat fruits and vegetables is healthy…the experts say it since a lot of years…

 

 

The truth is that there are no one or two types of foods that can burn fat.

 

 

I try to find some searches and i don’t found serious studies or researches that confirm it.

 

 

In addiction consider that eat a lot of fruits give you body a lot of sugars so an excessive use of fruit can increase the calories.

 

 

I think that to increase the metabolism you need to do physical activity and eat 5 times a day, eating little portions as the Mediterranean diet principles.
